Appointment requests

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information. An appointment is reserved only after the website displays confirmation or, when a deposit is required, after the stated payment process is completed. Availability can change before confirmation.

Services, prices, and add-ons

Current service prices, estimated durations, and available add-ons are shown during booking. Custom work may require individual review and pricing. If a material change is needed, the studio will discuss it with you before providing the changed service.

Changes and cancellations

Call Iza Studio at +1 (737) 368-9860 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any deposit, cancellation, or refund condition specifically disclosed during booking applies to that appointment.

Iza Studio Appointment Reminders

By actively selecting the optional SMS checkbox during booking, you agree to receive an automated same-day appointment reminder from Iza Studio at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and is normally one message per booked appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel SMS reminders or HELP for help. You can also call +1 (737) 368-9860. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers and message delivery can vary. Keep your mobile number current and do not provide a number unless you are authorized to receive messages at it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the booking service, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit another person’s information without permission, or make fraudulent appointment requests.
