Information we collect

When you request an appointment, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, selected service, artist, appointment time, optional notes, and your consent choices. If online prepayment is enabled, payment details are collected directly by our payment provider; Iza Studio does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic identifiers, to deliver and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to schedule and manage appointments, provide requested services, communicate service-related information, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot the website, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

SMS appointment reminders

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or booking a service. If you actively select the SMS consent checkbox while booking, Iza Studio may send an automated same-day reminder to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies and is normally one message per booked appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also call +1 (737) 368-9860. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment and does not prevent essential non-SMS communication about a service you requested.

When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may give service providers only the information needed to host the website, store appointment records, process an enabled payment, deliver a requested SMS reminder, secure the service, or comply with law.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent records are used only to provide the appointment-reminder program described above.

Retention and security

Appointment and customer records are normally retained for up to 24 months, subject to legal, dispute-resolution, security, or accounting needs. We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrator access, and service monitoring intended to protect this information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline SMS reminders, opt out of them at any time, and contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate operational records.
